yes… can someone explain this?
Maybe the huge FLASH you get on the roller coaster?
Actually, it’s because massive corporations that own theme parks can afford to get cameras that cost a bazillion dollars for something that stupid, and people who own convenience stores and the like can’t afford half-decent security systems to help us all catch people trying to kill them. You know. Because our society has its priorities totally straight.
I don’t think it has anything to do with priorities. I’m sure the people who own theme parks also have security cameras of high quality. Security is a matter left up to the owners of the private property — obviously the owner with the more money will have the better security. Is that unfair? Yes. Guess what. Life isn’t fair. So unless you’re suggesting that you want to pay for the government to install cameras on every street corner in such high quality that you can’t pick your nose without some low-wage government hosebag knowing about it, you’re just going to have to live with the fact that life isn’t fair and realize that there are other methods of catching criminals besides security cameras.
Thing is- this isn’t a convenience store- it’s a bank. You’d think that if (where I live at least) they can have 6 guards and an armed truck to empty money from the bank, they would have high tech security systems with good cameras. I understand that the picture is probably bull shit. But this isn’t about life being fair, this is simply that banks should have better security systems. Especially seeing they take all out money in interest, I’m sure they can afford it.
